Privacy Notice

1. Who is responsible

Half Bros Realty LLC operates Arch City Porch Pumpkins and is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Michael Aquino is the responsible contact for privacy requests.

2. Information we collect

Booking and service information

• name, email address, telephone number, delivery street, city, state, and ZIP code;
• selected package, add-ons, delivery charge, requested service week, season-end pickup choice, price, order reference, and payment status;
• the version of the Booking Terms, Privacy Notice, and refund policy associated with the order;
• your optional choice about photography or video, the version of that permission, and the time it was recorded;
• messages, access information, scheduling details, delivery notes, complaints, and records needed to perform or document the order.

Payment information

Stripe processes checkout and payment. Stripe receives the information entered in its checkout, including telephone number and payment details. We receive the payment status, payment reference, payment method type, and limited card information such as brand and last four digits. We do not receive or store the full card number or security code.

Exterior photography and video

If you choose "Yes" to the separate photo and video permission, we may create and keep images or video of the completed porch and exterior for the purposes stated in the booking form and Booking Terms. We do not intentionally show a person, customer name, or visible house number without separate permission.

Website and technical information

Vercel hosts the website and processes technical request information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested page, request time, response status, and security signals. The website itself does not run visitor analytics, advertising tags, session recording, fingerprinting, or a third-party map.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• validate the service area, calculate the price, create and administer an order, and process payment;
• plan routes, confirm scheduling, contact you about access, deliver and style the package, and perform purchased pickup;
• send receipts, confirmations, service messages, and customer support replies;
• record accepted terms and optional photography choices;
• prevent fraud, secure the website and checkout, handle charge disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law;
• use approved exterior photography or video for our website, social media, portfolio, and advertising.

We do not use the service telephone number for marketing text messages. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Stripe checkout and customer records

When you continue from our booking form, our server creates a Stripe customer record with your name, email address, service address, order reference, policy versions, and photo permission choice. The service address is used as the delivery location for tax calculation and remains separate from any billing address associated with the payment method. Stripe then collects your telephone number, Terms acceptance, and payment details.

After successful payment, a signed Stripe webhook updates the Stripe customer record with the service contact details, service address, accepted Terms version and time, and the recorded photo permission. Stripe's handling of information is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

• Stripe, for checkout, payment processing, fraud prevention, receipts, invoices, customer and order records, refunds, and disputes;
• Vercel, for website hosting, delivery, security, and server logs;
• email, communications, accounting, legal, insurance, and technology providers that support the business;
• government authorities, courts, payment networks, insurers, or professional advisers when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of a transaction;
• a buyer or successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.

Service providers receive only the information needed for their role and may process it under their own legally required policies.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The Arch City website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not use local or session storage to build a visitor profile. Stripe Checkout may use cookies or similar technologies needed for payment, security, fraud prevention, and features such as Link. Those technologies operate on Stripe's checkout and are governed by Stripe's notices.

7. Retention

We generally retain completed order, payment, policy acceptance, service, and accounting records for up to seven years after the transaction, or longer when reasonably required for tax, accounting, insurance, dispute, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. We retain unsuccessful checkout and technical records only as long as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and Stripe account administration.

Approved marketing images and video may be retained while permission remains in effect and as needed to document prior authorized use. A withdrawal applies to future use as described in the Booking Terms. Communications are retained as long as reasonably needed to service the order, resolve a dispute, or meet an obligation.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information we handle. Payment credentials are collected by Stripe rather than our website. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your choices and requests

You may ask for access to personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of information that we are not required or permitted to retain. You may also withdraw photo and video permission for future use. We may verify your identity and retain information needed to complete an order, keep transaction records, establish or defend claims, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

10. Children

The website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.

11. United States service

We operate in Ohio and provide the service in Greater Columbus. Information is processed in the United States. The website and service are directed to United States customers.

12. Changes

We may update this notice as our practices change. The date at the top identifies the current version. The version associated with a confirmed order is recorded with that order.
