Our commitment

Half Bros Realty LLC wants people with disabilities to be able to browse Arch City Porch Pumpkins, compare packages, review policies, and complete a booking.

Conformance target

This statement covers www.archcityporchpumpkins.com. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We have not commissioned an independent accessibility certification and do not claim complete conformance.

Measures in place

• semantic headings, landmarks, labels, fieldsets, and form instructions;
• keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus;
• text alternatives for meaningful images and visible labels for concept images;
• a written ZIP list alongside the illustrative service-area map;
• responsive layouts for mobile screens and browser zoom;
• reduced motion when the device requests it;
• content that remains available if animation or JavaScript enhancement is unavailable;
• plain-language error messages and a server-validated checkout.

Stripe Checkout

Payment takes place on Stripe's hosted checkout. Stripe controls the accessibility of that payment page. If any part of our website or Stripe Checkout prevents you from completing a purchase, contact us before payment. We will provide the information or a reasonable accessible way to arrange the purchase without changing the package price or service terms.

Service at the property

Tell us before the service window if access to the exterior entrance or a safe placement area requires specific attention. We will discuss a reasonable placement that is safe for the customer and crew and remains within the purchased service.
